CAPTCHA no longer working in current SVN

Description

Since the restructure, the CAPTCHA has quit working. I will look into this and resolve the issues that are causing this to quit working.

If I try and post a comment and leave the field blank, I get an error and the comment does not post, which is what it should do. Works fine for me.
